STAPLE! The Independent Media Expo is coming back for its third annual show on Saturday, March 3, 2007. The only convention in the Southwest for independently produced comics, zines, and graphic arts will once again take place at the lovely Red Oak Ballroom at 2525 West Anderson Lane in Austin, Texas!

Our 2006 event at the Red Oak was, by all accounts, a fantastic time for the fifty-plus vendors and over four hundred attendees. Dean Haspiel!
We are thrilled to announce the appearance of our featured guest, Dean Haspiel, at our 2007 Expo! Dean is the amazing artist and creator of Billy Dogma and Opposable Thumbs and recently collaborated with Harvey Pekar on The Quitter, American Splendor, and The Escapist. Exhibitor Registration!
Vendor registration is now open! Eight foot tables are available for $60 and half tables for $30. Prices increase in January and the 2006 show sold out very quickly, so don’t delay.
